Due to offset copy and fraud checks being used for purchases, Molly Bee's Dolls require that the checks and money orders used for payment must clear the bank before your item is shipped. Thanks for your understanding on this matter.

Most items are limited editions or special orders, therefore returns will only be accepted for damaged goods. Items received by you which have been damaged in shipping must be reported to us within 2 business days of arrival. Damaged items may be shipped back to us after you contact us. You must ship the item back to us within 5 days of your receipt of the item. A replacement item will be ordered and will be shipped to you as soon as it is available. Your replacement will be shipped free of charge to you. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a store credit or your money will be refunded. Exceptions to the damaged return policy will be listed on the individual doll pages.
